We do our best to deliver products similar to the ones presented on the website, however, products can be short of supply due to seasonal or other reasons, thus we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. We will inform customers and obtain consent if main flower is to be substituted, but no prior notice will be given for substituting matching flowers, vases, baskets, and other containers.
We do not take responsibility for unsuccessful deliveries due to the following reasons:
- Recipient’s delivery address or contact number provided is incorrect.
- Sender provided insufficient delivery information of recipient.
- No person is available to accept delivery at the specified location and time
- Typhoon 8 signal is issued.
- Red/Black rain signal is issued.
If Typhoon 8 or Red/Black rain signal is issued on the day of delivery, delivery will be postponed with no additional cost.
If no one is available to accept the delivered product, or the recepient rejects the product upon delivery, or when the attempted delivery fails due to incorrect information provided from sender, we will still regard the transaction/delivery as completed. If re-delivery is needed, we will apply a delivery surcharge.
Full payment is required for all orders upon confirmation.
Please place order at least 1 day in advance. If order is placed before 13:00PM, earliest will be next day delivery (during office hours 9:00AM-17:00PM). For example, if order is placed after
13:00PM today (Monday), the earliest delivery date will be Wednesday. Special arrangements will be made for Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day and Lunar Chinese New Year, please pay close attention to announcements.
2016 Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day arrangement: Online ordering is available for Valentine's Day now. Orders placed now will be subjected for whole day delivery on Feb 14, 2016 from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. No bouquets and delivery service are available during Chinese New Year period.
We do our best to satisfy all of your needs, however we reserve the right to refuse modification and cancellation requests to any order.
Please send your requests at least 48 hours before delivery. Amendments or cancellations cannot be made when order is in preparation, production, or in the process of delivery. If amendment(s) can be made to an order, we cannot refund any discrepancies; if additional fees are required, customer will be charged.
Due to the fact that flowers are natural and perishable items, we are unable to return or refund orders. If you are unsatisfied with the products you received, please contact our customer service immediately.
The English version of this Terms and Conditions prevails to the extent of any inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions.
Universal Florist reserves the right to make a final decision in case of any disputes and the ultimate right to alter the above terms and conditions.
